Hyderabad: Arraigning the Telangana state and AP governments for postponing by a number of years the allocation and redistribution of workers of the undivided AP's Board of Intermediate Education, the Telangana High Court has actually directed these states to complete the process within three months.A department bench comprising Justice M.S.

Vinod Kumar directed the AP federal government to prepare the final seniority lists of staff members in all categories as on the selected day, June 2, 2014.

On the other hand, the two states will discuss with each other and settle on the modalities/guidelines for allowance of workers on the basis of the said seniority list, and finalise the methods for allotment of these workers in between them.

This procedure should be completed within two months, the court ruled.

Thereafter, the allotment of the workers shall be done based on the stated standards within a month of finalisation of such modalities/guidelines.

All other complaints of the petitioners are exposed, to be considered in different procedures that would be started after the last allowance of the staff members, the bench said.

The bench has released these directions in the petition filed in 2016 by some workers operating in Andhra Pradesh even as they came from Telangana and vice versa.

The petitioners told the court that both the states were not completing the techniques for distribution of this personnel even after several years of the state bifurcation.
