Janhvi Kapoor was spotted paying a visit to the Tirumala temple in Andhra Pradesh Tirupati, to offer prayers to Lord Venkateswara.

The actress stepped out in a simple purple and silver saree and accessorised her look with pearl earrings and diamond bangles.

Joining her for the darshan was her beau Shikhar Pahariya.On leaving the temple, the actress was seen bowing to the deity after which she walked to her car surrounded by her bodyguards.Besides giving us a good look at the actor's elegant look for the temple visit, the viral video also gave us a glimpse of the hugediamond ring that the actress was wearing on her ring finger.

Viewers got a good look at the massive rock while the actress appeared to be adjusting her saree before heading to her waiting car.

This visit to the Sri Venkateswara Swami Temple comes just amidst Onam festivities.

The actress frequently visits the temple.

Her most recent visit was to celebrate her birthday and to offer prayers.On the work front, Janhvi was last seen in ‘Bawaal’ opposite Varun Dhawan.

The film directed by Nitesh Tiwari, is a romantic drama set against the backdrop of World War 2.

The film that was shot in Paris, Berlin, Poland, Amsterdam, Krakow, Warsaw along with Lucknow and two other cities in India, skipped a theatrical release for an OTT release on July 21.

Sadly, the film stirred up controversy for its plot.

However, Janhvi defended the film saying that it was made with the right intention and never intended to offend anyone.In the coming months, Jahnvi will soon be seen in the film sports film 'Mr and Mrs Mahi' opposite RajKummar Rao.
